Leslie Butt

Leslie Butt is an Indigenous Canadian, a mother of three, and an avid writer, painter, poet, musician and home renovator, depending on the day. She is the author of Fifteen and Bring on the Dark.

She lives in Portugal Cove, Newfoundland with her children, and an absurd garden. Leslie looks forward to friends dropping by to help her water her plants, and discuss lucid dreams. She lives a quiet life full of gratitude and fullness, despite the resiliency that is required.
