Interested in volunteering with WritersNL?
Special Events: We sometimes host special events (e.g. readings, award ceremonies, etc.) that require some helping hands. Special Event volunteers may assist with set up, sign in, photography, clean up, etc. If you have any special skills (e.g. photography), please let us know!
WritersNL Committees: Committees meet once a month, or as needed. Committee members may be assigned varying tasks. Our current committees include Advocacy, Literary Awards, Membership, Readings/Events, and WORD Magazine.
Resource Centre: Resource Centre volunteers are needed to maintain an up-to-date spreadsheet/catalogue of library titles, organize shelves, file archival materials, and, possibly, find new ways to promote the space.
