Elizabeth Yeoman

Elizabeth Yeoman is the author of Exactly What I Said: Translating Words and Worlds (2022), longlisted for the Winterset Award and shortlisted for an Atlantic Book Award.
She is co-editor and co-translator with Tshaukuesh Elizabeth Penashue of Penashue’s Nitinikiau Innusi: I Keep The Land Alive (2019), shortlisted for the Winterset Award and NL Reads.
She has also published poetry and travel writing in The Fiddlehead and The Nashwaak Review, and contributed media pieces to the The Independent, The Globe and Mail, CBC Radio Ideas, CBC Opinion, W Network and PRX Exchange.
