Are you a WritersNL member-in-good-standing who has ever asked something like, How should I pitch my idea or project to an agent? An editor? A publisher? A producer? A magazine?
Well, we have the answers for you. Join us on our AGM weekend for an information-packed online seminar about making the most out of your pitches, queries, submissions and more.

We’re bringing in experts to talk about what they want to see from prospective writers:
Leigh Nash, editor and publisher of Assembly Press and former editor of House of Anansi
Kelvin Kong, literary agent and owner of K2 Literary
Elisabeth de Mariaffi, author and executive director of Riddle Fence Magazine
Jillian Keilly, artistic director emeritus of Artistic Fraud and former artistic director of the National Arts Centre English Theatre
Rebecca Rose, president and publisher of Breakwater Books

After the talks, we’ll open the floor to questions from attendees!

Only 100 spaces are available, so reserve your spot now!

Note: Please ensure your membership is up to date. If you are not a member of WritersNL but would like to join, or if your membership has lapsed, please visit: https://writersnl.ca/membership/ and follow the instructions there to ensure you’re able to attend!
