A Nightmare on George Street 2021: Call for Submissions!

The Writers’ Alliance of Newfoundland and Labrador’s 2021 Halloween Spooky Story Writing Contest is officially open for submissions!

Just like we have in previous years, we’re asking local writers “to put the quill to the quire, crafting up a spooky tale that would make HP Lovecraft have nightmares!”

As evidenced by the chilling submissions we received in 2018, 2019, and 2020, there’s not only a lot of talent in the local writing community – there’s so much imagination and creativity bursting forth from your admittedly somewhat scary brains!
