50 Ways To Love Your Lover

The Writer’s Alliance of Newfoundland and Labrador is passionate about passion! And we want to share in the love with Newfoundland and Labrador romance authors. Whether you’re multi-published or emerging, we want your best romantic scene to a maximum of 1000 words. We’re looking for swoon-worthy, polished submissions. 

What’s in it for you? The chance to have your work reviewed by internationally bestselling and award-winning authors from local romance publisher, Black Ink Romance! 

CBC Weekend AM host Heather Barrett will announce the top 10 entries at Boca Tapas Bar on February 13th at 7:00pm. Those 10 will be invited to read their work for an audience vote! 

The top three audience favourites will receive some pretty cool prizes and dandy bragging rights! Can’t be there on voting night? No problem. We’ll arrange a reader for you. 

Send your steamy or sweet pages in a word doc or pdf to info@wanl.ca, subject line WANL Valentines Submission. Contest closes January 31st, 2019 at 5:00PM NST. Must be 19+ years of age and resident of Newfoundland and Labrador.
