VIOLET DRAKE
Violet Drake is a poet, visual artist, and activist born and raised in the small coastal community of Lawn, Newfoundland. Now based in St. John’s, her work explores queer and trans intimacies, embodied trauma, and place-based poetics. She has been engaged in LGBTQ community and artistic organizing for over 5 years, most notably and recently as a cast member and co-author of ‘transVersing’ (2018). Violet has been writing since the age of 13, with her debut collection ‘estrogenesis’ (2019) out now.

CARMELLA GRAY-COSGROVE
Carmella Gray-Cosgrove is from Vancouver, BC but lives St. John’s, NL with her partner and their baby. She works as a harm reduction outreach worker and a writer. Her work has been published in Riddle Fence, nominated by Riddle Fence for the Journey Prize and long listed for the Prism Fiction Award.

TERRY DOYLE
Terry Doyle is a writer from the Goulds, Newfoundland. In 2017, Terry won the Percy Janes First Novel Award, and was a finalist for the NLCU Fresh Fish Award. His debut collection of short stories, DIG, was released on April Fool’s Day, 2019
