George Sheppard
George Sheppard is a retired educator living on the Burin Peninsula. After his retirement, George completed a Masters in Criminology, as well as course work in the PhD program. He currently conducts research on various topics related to criminology. He is the ongoing author of the blog “Too Many Anchors”, discussing the journey of mental wellness, trauma, and finding solid ground. In addition, George is a regular contributing columnist for the Toronto-Caribbean Newspaper.
As a renowned speaker and presenter, George is seeking all forms of collaboration and consultation. He is currently working on a True Crime docu-series, due for launch on You Tube, entitled, “NL True Crime Revisited”. Besides his rescue pets, George spends time biking, kayaking, golfing and chasing the ultimate coffee.
