Dan Ebbs

Dan Ebbs moved from London, Ontario to Paradise, Newfoundland and Labrador in May, 2025. His late father, Tom, was born near Mundy Pond in St. John’s in 1926. Writing steadily since 2004, Dan has the following published works: ‘Home and Native Land’ a play in two acts (Cardinal House of Publishing, 2005); ‘As Night to the Day’ in the anthology ‘Ontario Playwrights’ (Playwrights Canada Press, 2008); ‘Crazy Beautiful People: 50 Years of Enchanting Stories of Home County Festival’ co-written with dlmorrow (self published, 2023). He is currently writing a short musical about Alexander Pindikowsky the Polish fresco artist who was arrested in St. John’s for forging cheques then, while serving his sentence, painted the frescoes at Government House and the Colonial Building. Dan is looking for artists to assist him with this project.
