Madison Ryan

Madison Ryan is currently a student, but forever an admirer of art. She is endlessly inspired by the nature, beauty and beings of the world around her, as well as mythology of all kinds. Madison’s writing is focused on fantasy, historical fiction, and poetry. Through language, she highlights the magic in ordinary places.

In 2022, Madison was chosen as a winner in the NL Arts & Letters Program’s junior prose division. She also won 1st place in WANL’s Text-Based Summer Writing Contest for Youth in 2021. In her spare time, she may be found at the library, drinking coffee, or reading J.R.R. Tolkien and Joan Didion. In September 2022, Madison will begin CNA’s journalism program, but in the meantime, she’ll be busy in the worlds created by her words.
